Highly pigmented lip pencil that’s a liner and lipstick in one, providing comfortable wear with a matte finish.

Base Ingredients: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, C10-18 Triglycerides, Synthetic Beeswax, Mica, Copernicia Cerifera Cera, Myristyl Lactate, Rhus Succedanea Fruit Cera, Candelilla Cera, Cera Microcristallina, Stearyl Heptanoate, Sucrose Acetate Isobutyrate, Stearyl Caprylate, Caprylyl Glycol, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Sorbic Acid. Apply after Lipstick Base on the entire natural lip contour. To minimize lips, line on the inside edge of the mouth. To maximize smaller lips, line the extremes of the outer edge. For dramatic effects use a darker liner with a softer shade of lipstick, and for a deeper long lasting color, use the liner to cover the entire lip area using a lip brush to blend and then follow with lipstick.
