A styling product for brows, it’s Brow Wow! Tames unruly brows and gives them definition. Includes a wand for application. Stroke up and out to straiten, shape and hold. Then apply regular brow products such as pencil or powder. Add a final layer of Brow Wow to keep your brow artistry on point, all day.

Ingredients

HIGHLIGHTED INGREDIENT:
Propylene Glycol – A humectant which also imparts a pleasant feel without greasy residue.
Base Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol

Usage

Can be used under and over brow coloring products such as pencils or powders. Use the high definition wand in an upward and outward motion to sculpt and set brows in a perfect arch.
