Hot Kohl Eye Pencil FLORI™

Ultra soft with long lasting color, Hot Kohl Eye Pencil can be used to create a variety of effects around the eye, from bold to smoldering, soft and natural. Enhance and intensify your eyes with a silky smooth texture made for even the most sensitive eyes. Can be worn alone or with eyeshadow. Hot Kohl Eye Pencils are ophthalmological tested.

HIGHLIGHTED INGREDIENTS: Rhus Succedanea Fruit Cera – Obtained from the berries of the sumac Rhus Succedanea, which grows in Japan and Chile. Allows for a smooth application. Tocopherol/Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) – Considered the most important oil-soluble antioxidant and free radical scavenger. As a moisturizer Vitamin E is well absorbed through the skin while improving the appearance of rough, dry, and damaged skin. Base Ingredients: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, C10-18 Triglycerides, Synthetic Beeswax, Mica, Copernicia Cerifera Cera, Myristyl Lactate, Rhus Succedanea Fruit Cera, Candelilla Cera, Cera Microcristallina, Stearyl Heptanoate, Sucrose Acetate Isobutyrate, Stearyl Caprylate, Caprylyl Glycol, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Sorbic Acid. Usage

Apply after eye base but before applying any eye shadow. Line upper and/or lower lids to suit eye shape
